Gartner Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer

The Voice of the Customer has never been more important to businesses who need to understand their customers’ needs and experiences to succeed. And we believe, that means that choosing the right Voice of the Customer vendor is a significant decision.

Fortunately, the analysts at Gartner have done a lot of the legwork and have released their Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer report. It considers the vendors in the market, and names Confirmit as one of four Leaders, based on its of Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision.

What does that mean? Gartner states that “Leaders have the ability to execute their vision through VoC products, services and demonstrably solid business results in the form of revenue and earnings. Leaders have significant successful customer deployments in a wide variety of industries — from small businesses through to multiple proofs of deployment for more than 1,000 users. They are often the vendors against which other providers measure themselves.”

According the Gartner; “VoC applications enable application leaders supporting Customer Experience to enhance the way they listen to and understand customers. The insight generated creates actions that help improve customer loyalty and provide measurable business benefit.”

So, it’s worth getting the decision right, then.
