Martin Dewhurst of Hall & Partners talks about the rise in digital content such as pictures and video, and the impact that has on Market Research agencies. He also highlights how the advent of social has provided the ability for researchers to better understand consumers, but warns that the ease with which we can collate millions of pieces of content can create an illusion of effectiveness. 

Martin suggests that while it appears that it is now easier to listen into conversations, that it's actually harder to extract the insights that businesses need to make the right decisions. He then provides his ideas on how Market Researchers can use their core skills to exploit the opportunities that social and digital provide.
