Sodexo’s Customer Experience program has evolved dramatically since its inception 10 year ago, when it was based on paper surveys from customers to gather feedback. The team never tires of seeking our new ways to connect with clients – beyond the customer survey – to make sure that their approach continues to evolve. Today, their approach is leading them to becoming a truly data-driven business that empowers employees to really listen to clients, take action and drive better business outcomes.

Finally, Stephanie talks about her experience of working with Confirmit as a partner and how proud she and her team were to be named a Judges’ Choice winner of the Confirmit ACE Awards.
