One of the great things we do at Confirmit is to recognize our customers who are doing amazing things with our solutions. The Confirmit ACE Awards have been running for 13 years, and we’ve recently launched the AIR Awards which showcase great Market Research execution. Working with customers on these programs is absolutely one of the highlights of the year.

In short, we love awards.

And, though it might make us blush a bit, we’re also very happy to be on the receiving end of an award from time to time too. So it was wonderful news to learn that the good (and very wise) people at Loyalty360 have awarded Confirmit with a spot in their Technology Top Ten list!

A lot of what drives Confirmites forward is knowing the difference that a successful CX program can make to an organization. Our own Shelly Chandler talked about this with the Loyalty360 team last year, in fact (you can read the interview here). That means that as well as the technology that we’ve been recognized for, our services and consulting teams work really closely with clients to make sure we know their business inside and out to help them succeed.

The CX road can be a long – and sometimes lonely – one. So we’re very proud to be able to support our clients’ CX and Voice of the Customer activities. And having a shiny new award for it is the icing on the cake.
