How Confirmit is celebrating great customer experience and voice of the customer this CX Day

It’s that time of year again, where employees at Confirmit get ramped up to celebrate CX Day, and more importantly our customers!

This year we plan to celebrate our clients that won ACE Awards by showcasing them on a dedicated website for CX Day. We are also sending our customer success managers out in the field to meet with their customers and thank them with little treats.

If you happen to be in San Francisco for Forrester CXSF Forum on October 2nd, you can find me and several of my colleagues at our booth ready to celebrate you and all of your CX successes. We will also be launching a can’t-miss campaign, so stop by the booth and grab a brand new t-shirt, hot off the presses, literally.

You many think that CX Day is important to Confirmit because we’re a provider of CX technology and of course some of that is true, but for Confirmit, it’s a chance to celebrate our clients’ and their accomplishments throughout the year.
