5th Annual: Customer Experience Insurance Conference

Earlier this year, we held our most successful B2B Summit yet – with record turn out and standing room only! There were several speakers present for the event, covering topics from incorporating storytelling in CX programs to proving change across the business and showcasing success through action. Guest speakers included analysts from Forrester Research, CX practitioners from clients including LexisNexis and Philadelphia Insurance, and our own CX visionary, Claire Sporton.  

Following these presentations was an engaging panel session with Sarah Day from Asurion, Jeff Heintz from Novo Nordisk and Meredith Moses from W.W. Grainger, Inc., discussing how to get richer insights from CX data, and how to make both smarter decisions and faster actions leveraging this data. After this panel was the ACE Awards presentation to acknowledge all of this year’s winners. The event was really successful, and for the first time, we made it a really global event by running a similar session in London this year!

Coming up next on the event docket is Confirmit’s 5th Annual Insurance Summit  – one of our strongest events given its history, strength and client breadth in the insurance industry. This event marks an opportunity for professionals with a similar background to gather in one room to share best practices, learnings, goals and more. Insurance is a unique and sometimes challenging environment, in part due to its highly regulated nature.
