The Confirmit ACE Awards team delivers the annual Achievement in Customer Excellence Awards program, working to discover businesses who are using Confirmit’s solutions to deliver world-class Voice of the Customer programs.

It’s that time of year again – the 2018 ACE Awards are open for business. This is one of the highlights of the year for us, and I know the awards are something that our customers get very excited about too.

As ever, our judges will be looking for examples of great Customer Experience programs that deliver real business results. While listening to customers (and of course employees) is great, what’s most important is demonstrating that you’re taking the Voice of the Customer and using the insights you gather to make decisions and have an impact on your business.

This year, we’ve made some changes to the program, adding two new categories; B2B and Multi-Channel Success.

We work with many B2B clients to help them develop their programs, and the unique drivers and requirements for such businesses mean that we think they deserve a dedicated place to celebrate their success.

In addition, we know that many of the most successful CX programs out there are harnessing the power of multi-channel. Bringing feedback from many points in the customer journey, and adding other “voices” from around the business – employees, partners and more. The judges are keen to focus on this area in 2018, so if your program is taking advantage of the multi-channel, integrated nature of our solutions, this is place for you.

To make way for these new categories, we’ve retired two old friends; Contact Center and Insight Through an MR Agency. If you have previously entered one of these topics, fear not, there is still very much a place for you! All Market Research businesses running a VoC or CX program for clients are welcome to enter any of the six categories, just take a look at this list and see which is the best fit. Likewise, if your program is centered on your contact center, one of the other categories will certainly be suitable.
