She is responsible for the strategy and execution of developments to Confirmit Genius to ensure the solution delivers world-class analytics. Lauren works closely with Confirmit customers around the world to develop innovative and effective approaches to using freeform text to uncover critical insights that can be used to drive decision making. 

Customers and respondents like to provide feedback in their own words. In the case of surveys, respondents can do this through open questions, and in the case of social media channels they tend to provide feedback, usually unsolicited, by posting messages online.

Text Analytics can be used with survey and social media data to analyze unstructured comments with a view to uncover hidden gems of insight. This allows organizations to drill down into specific topics to identify opportunities to transform and improve their products or services.
