The day is finally up on us! After weeks of counting down some of our favorite customer stories, it is CX Day and we have something rather special to help us – and you - celebrate.

Every year, Confirmit recognizes the outstanding work by some of our customers through our ACE Awards program. These awards, “Achievement in Customer Excellence”, were founded in 2005 and the quality of the submissions has improved every year since then, with 2017 being no exception. There’s an incredible wealth of tips, tricks, best practices and innovations within the winning submissions and one of the best things about the awards is being able to share them.

So, for CX Day this year, we’re delighted to launch the 2017 ACE Awards Winners’ Showcase!

This book contain success stories from 40 winners from a wide range of industries from pharma to insurance to retail to education so there really is something in there for everyone. And while the companies and their backgrounds may vary a lot, what’s common across all is the commitment to listening to the Voice of the Customer and taking action.

Some of the winners this year are old hands, who’ve been building and improving their CX programs for years, and being recognized consistently for their efforts. Others are either new to the awards, or in some cases still relatively new to running a VoC program. New or old, each program is truly driving change across the business – improving processes, increasing efficiencies and driving significant ROI.
