The contact center provides a critical listening post for the entire business and capturing the Voice of the Customer through that post can provide exceptional insight. Our judges are looking for companies who are moving beyond the old metrics of average wait time and first call resolution, and who are really listening to customers to improve the processes within the center and beyond.
