As you may have noted, we’ve expanded our celebration of International Women’s Day to a full week this year (clearly one day is NOT enough!)
International Women’s Day 2021 is the first year for which Confirmit has had its dedicated Women’s Group. We launched it last year and you may have seen my colleague Kat’s post about how we’re building our foundations.
Last year, Confirmit launched a series of Employee Resource Groups. This was part of the company’s commitment to building a strong, supportive business that encourages all team members to be the best version of themselves. Five groups were launched, and I’m a member of a couple of them, but since it is International Women’s Day, I wanted to share a little about our Women’s Group.
So what does a winning award submission need to have? It can be a lot of different things! Every story is unique, but when we ask the judges what makes a great submission, themes start to emerge.
