Mathematica Selects Confirmit to Strengthen Customer Data Collection and Analysis

Confirmit Horizons will provide a streamlined, unified data collection system to expand responsiveness, availability, and customization

New York, NY, London, UK and Oslo, Norway: October 25, 2017 — Pioneering nonpartisan research organization Mathematica Policy Research today announced it has selected and implemented Confirmit Horizons to support its data collection projects. The partnership marks the first step for Mathematica as it looks to raise the bar for evidence generation technology, supporting its overall mission of quality, objectivity, and excellence for its customers’ information collection and analysis.

Mathematica has implemented Confirmit Horizons as its new Computer Assisted Interviewing (CAI) software system for all modes of data collection projects. Through customizations in the configuration and protocols for use of the system, Mathematica is now able to quickly and consistently serve projects and clients within their necessary constraints.

Furthermore, since this integrated system can function across all modes, with minimal modifications to an instrument, Mathematica can release a web survey to apps on mobile devices or call centers in a fraction of the time and costs, compared to previous iterations.
