Expanded local operation to meet demands of rapidly evolving insights market.
Confirmit has announced the expansion of its Asia Pacific operations with the successful acquisition of Dapresy Asia (DAP), following its merger with Dapresy earlier this year. DAP was the exclusive licensed distributor of Dapresy solutions, operating independently in Australia and the move means that Dapresy users around the world now have access to the full solutions suite.
With offices in Brisbane and Sydney, perfectly located to cater to the expanding Australia, New Zealand and Asia markets, the new operation will be headed by research veteran Heath Adams, founder of Dapresy Asia.
The integration of the two technology innovators ensures unrivalled end-to-end insight solutions at a time when customer trust and consumer confidence in products and safety is paramount.
Confirmit CEO Kyle Ferguson said the move comes at an exciting but challenging time for the research industry and will enable fast, cost-effective solutions for businesses dealing with the fallout from the pandemic.
“Confirmit delivers the technology that underpins some of the world’s most sophisticated insights programs while Dapresy can translate deep and complex information into attractive and effortless reporting,” Ferguson said.
“Together the combination of Dapresy and Confirmit solutions present customers with state-of-the-art collection and reporting that will be unmatched in the Market Research and customer experience industry. We are delighted to be able to consolidate our expertise and capabilities in Australia.
“With more than 20 years’ experience in management and the research industry, Heath Adams will lead our mission to turn complex insight into straightforward stories so our customers can take quick action to meet the challenges ahead.”
New Confirmit Managing Director Heath Adams said the union of the two research pacesetters makes perfect sense.
“We already share many clients who will now enjoy a seamless integration between Confirmit’s sophisticated, high-end research solutions and Dapresy’s attractive and effortless reporting,” Adams said.
“The expansion will also enable further investment in new and existing products that will benefit our clients and set a new standard for the research and VoC industry.
“The year ahead will be an exciting time for the MR and CX industry as businesses throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia evolve their operations to meet the challenges facing our industry.
“The solutions we can deliver for our clients will empower them to act with agility, flexibility and confidence to quickly to meet any demand.”
