Confirmit Accelerates Momentum with Record Revenue in 2015


20th Anniversary Follows Exceptional Year of Growth, Customer Award Milestones

New York and Oslo, Norway and London, UK, March 3, 2016 Confirmit, the leading global solutions provider for Customer Experience, Voice of the Employee and Market Research, announced that 2015 was its strongest year to date, marking its 10th consecutive year of profitability. As the company approaches its 20th Anniversary, Confirmit achieved record revenue, continued to operate with no debt, and completed an exceptional finish to the year with 25 percent Q4 growth in new customer revenue over Q4 2014.

Global Growth

In 2015, Confirmit launched its presence in Australia with the acquisition of Information Research Management Ltd (IRM). To support this growth, Confirmit released its Australian Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment, which introduced a highly-resilient, low-latency service to customers in the region.


Customer Success

Confirmit’s best-in-class technology solutions continue to drive business success for companies around the world. In 2015, the company expanded its customer base to include many new Global 1000 organizations and world-leading Market Research businesses. New customers included; Canon Solutions America, Empire Today, Grainger, OpenText, MarketProbe, and Phronesis Partners. Confirmit customer Philadelphia Insurance was also recognized by the 2015 Gartner & 1to1 Media Customer Experience Excellence Awards and 1to1 Media Customer Champion Awards.

Championing the Business Value of Customer Experience

A significant milestone for Confirmit, and the broader customer experience industry as a whole, was the record number of applicants for the company’s ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the ACE Awards program recognizes outstanding achievement in customer experience. Last year the Awards saw an uptick in submissions of more than 15 percent, signaling increased industry attention to customer engagement as a critical business strategy. 2015 ACE Award winners included 21st Century Insurance Inc., AIG, CyberSource, Dell, Deltek Inc., Digital insight, Infor, Roche, Siemens Building Industries, Tyco SimplexGrinnell, and many more.

Key Technology Milestones

For the second consecutive year, Confirmit achieved a record 100 percent uptime across all of its web-based SaaS environments in Europe and the Americas. Additionally, Confirmit released Version 19 of its award-winning Confirmit Horizons solution. Ease of design, deployment across the full range of channels, combined with state-of-the-art analytics and sophisticated reporting in multiple formats was the focus of the release, which highlights the growing need for self-service management and maintenance of global programs.

Affirming Confirmit’s progress in 2015, the company achieved a record number of industry accolades and awards. Most notably, Confirmit was named a winner of the Customer Experience Vendor Excellence (CxVE) Awards by Temkin Group. The award recognizes companies that provide products and services that help companies improve the customer experience they deliver. Other notable recognitions and award wins include:
