London, UK, Oslo, Norway and New York, NY, 19 March 2019: Integral Research has selected Confirmit Horizons as the global software solution to support the continued international expansion of its Market Research operations business.

Integral Research provides end-to-end MR operations services to research agencies and management consulting firms around the world. This includes targeting hard-to-reach audiences around the world, through to respondent validation and the development of enhanced respondent engagement strategies.

Sean Ivory, CEO at Integral Research explained that scalability, reliability, and support for all data collection methodologies were key to the selection of Confirmit: “We continually collect both online and offline data for our clients around the world so the importance of 100% uptime is critical. It supports every facet of Integral Research’s business, from seamless switching between methodologies to tracking Executive Interviewer hours to support payroll management.

New York, NY, Oslo, Norway and London, UK, March 14, 2019 Confirmit reaffirms its position as a leading global solutions provider for Voice of the Customer (VoC), Voice of the Employee and Market Research, ending 2018 on a high note. The company secured record revenues from new customers, with a 43% increase in its Voice of the Employee business as a result of its innovative new solution for employee engagement.

Confirmit has started 2019 by announcing a 25% increase in its R&D team, with new team members joining the group in offices in EMEA and North America.
