Chris Nagy has been appointed President & Chief Financial Officer of the new business, integration of which begins today. Both the Confirmit and FocusVision brands remain in place as integration rolls out, leading to an anticipated new brand, strategy, vision, mission, and purpose, expected to launch in Q2.

Seasoned marketing executive will drive marketing strategy and vision 

New York, NY, Oslo, Norway and London, UK – January 13, 2021: Confirmit has today announced the appointment of Noel Hamill as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy globally. Confirmit, who was last year acquired by private equity firm Verdane, recently announced its intention to merge with leading customer insights provider, FocusVision. The merger is conditioned on receipt of regulatory approvals.  

Hamill said: “I am delighted to be joining Confirmit at such a pivotal moment in its evolution. The planned merger with FocusVision will create a world class partner for research and insights professionals, and I am looking forward to helping to drive that vision forward. I am passionate about leading marketing teams through periods of change and high growth, and I’m excited about taking that journey with this team.” 

Hamill joins the business from Prevayl, a health tech company, where he led the marketing operation through its start up phase. Prior to that he was CMO at Ladbrokes Coral where he was responsible for brand development and strategy, social media, Voice of the Customer, CRM, PR and events.

Confirmit has announced the expansion of its Asia Pacific operations with the successful acquisition of Dapresy Asia (DAP), following its merger with Dapresy earlier this year. DAP was the exclusive licensed distributor of Dapresy solutions, operating independently in Australia and the move means that Dapresy users around the world now have access to the full solutions suite. 

With offices in Brisbane and Sydney, perfectly located to cater to the expanding Australia, New Zealand and Asia markets, the new operation will be headed by research veteran Heath Adams, founder of Dapresy Asia.

New York, NY, Oslo, Norway and London, UK, December 3rd, 2020 – Confirmit has been named one of the four Leaders in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer.  

According to Gartner, “A Magic Quadrant identifies and analyzes the most relevant providers in a market. To be included in this Magic Quadrant, each vendor had to demonstrate that it satisfied certain criteria.”  

The definition of the Leader Quadrant, according to Gartner is, “Leaders have the ability to execute their vision through VoC products, services and demonstrably solid business results in the form of revenue and earnings. Leaders have significant successful customer deployments in a wide variety of industries — from small businesses through to multiple proofs of deployment for more than 1,000 users. They are often the vendors against which other providers measure themselves.”
