Industry-Leading Security Levels
The Confirmit platform incorporates an extensive range of security measures covering all aspects of the survey creation, data collection, analysis and reporting processes.
The security and confidentiality of your respondents and the data you gather from them is protected via user access protocols, the separation of respondent and response data, sophisticated password functionality, and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
At the same time, security for your survey authors is provided by strict access protocols, project level permissions, log-in controls, and a range of complex password functionalities.
To protect all the activities you conduct with the feedback or survey data you collect, Confirmit supports encrypted file transfer (PGP encryption). This is critical for secure data exports, report exports, respondent uploading, and other data transfers with third party databases. FTP is also supported to automate the file transfer process.
To prevent potentially malicious code, Confirmit provides a Script Checker that will indicate code that needs to be excluded from, or amended in, your surveys. If you operate very strict server environments, it is possible to HTML encode all textual elements.
Furthermore, to prevent your organization’s survey e-mails from becoming listed as spam, Confirmit provides a Mail Authentication security layer.
