Confirmit Reportal Designer Access (RDA) Course

Let those who know design and layout, build your reports!

Confirmit Reportal offers tremendous possibilities, especially concerning layout and '‘look and feel’. However, some Confirmit users do not have the time to work with the actual design of the reports, or to create reusable templates.
Your company can give 'Reportal Designer Access' to one or more non-Confirmit users. Such users are called Reportal Designers, and this type of access allows them to build your reports and create reusable report templates. All Confirmit users in your company will then be able to use the templates in future reports. Reportal Designers have limited access to your company's reports compared to your standard Confirmit users; RDAs do not have the right to work with the Data Source (response database) and cannot grant report and viewer access.
The Reportal Designer Access course is intended for RDAs only. The course takes them through building a report and setting up standard and advanced Styles and Layouts (templates). The course overlaps the regular Reportal Course to a large degree. The main difference is that the Designer course focuses more on detailed layout and design where the regular Reportal course covers Access management and Data Source editing.

Generating a report of counts and percentages for all closed-end questions.

Developing a trend chart to reflect a rating over a period of time.

Creating and publishing a report for public access.

Understanding templates for ‘look and feel’ and reusable functionality.

Exporting open-end responses for offline viewing.

Customizing table content by setting properties.
