Confirmit Reportal Course (One day)

The one-day Confirmit Reportal Course picks up where the two-day Standard Course in Confirmit and Reportal leaves off. In one day of instruction, this course takes you through the process of building a report of counts and percentages using the Reportal Wizard, then making that report available publicly or to your Reportal Viewers. It also shows you how to create custom views of your data, and reusable styles and layouts, as well as how to export tables and charts to Excel or PowerPoint.

What this course covers:

Creating an online, real-time report in minutes with the Reportal Wizard.

Generating a report of counts and percentages for all closed-end questions.

Developing a trend chart to reflect a rating over a period of time.

Creating and publishing a report for public access.

Understanding templates for ‘look and feel’ and reusable functionality.

Exporting open-end responses for offline viewing.

Customizing table content by setting properties.

Creating attractive charts with the intuitive chart designer.

Filtering data to customize views.

Creating a filter page that lets your viewers customize their views.

Exporting tables and charts to Excel or PowerPoint.

Illustrating how to execute averages, variance, standard deviation, and other statistics in your report.

Setting up a list of Viewers, and assigning them log-ins to view their report(s).

This course also includes:

Managing Layout and Styles, and understanding reusability of table and chart styles.

Using Visual Components to create new report objects on a page.

Using Cache Settings for faster display of results to Reportal Viewers.

Using Sorting to run top n or bottom n box reporting.

Creating a reusable Banner for stacked and nested crosstabs.

Generating a Recoded variable to combine the results of multiple answer items.

Making your tables and charts hide results when Base equals less than n responses.

Making your tables and charts automatically hide/remove columns and rows with no responses.

Using Categorizations to group questions sharing the same rating scale—especially useful on HR or ESAT-type studies.
