Confirmit Support Services is comprised of experienced Confirmit Consultants offering clients user assistance:

  • Oslo, Norway 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (CET)
  • New York, USA 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM (EST)
Support Services are offered Monday–Friday excluding statutory holidays. The service guarantees a 24–48 hour reply, during Standard Support Hours, depending on the priority level of the request. The following are some of the services offered by Confirmit Support:
  • Explanation and guidance on producing questionnaires and reports, including areas like questionnaire layout, basic template preparation, and respondent handling.
  • Help with basic skip logics and precode masks, use of standard validations, error code interpretations, and other authoring-related topics.
Confirmit Support also offers additional services that are subject to Confirmit's prevailing consultancy rates. Some of the additional services are:
  • J-script-/HTML-/SQL-assistance; checking and editing of respondent lists.
  • Any programming (in whole or in part) of questionnaires/reports.
  • Quality assurance/checking of programming.
  • Any assistance pertinent to the operating environment, such as server and network configuration issues, back-up routines, server security and hardening, scalability, and performance issues.
Confirmit Support Services group also manages Confirmit User Documentation and Customer Extranet. Year after year, Confirmit Support Services receives a high Annual Support Satisfaction Survey rating. The customer feedback is used to further improve offered services, as well as to develop new activities and products
