- Web Support - Our dedicated web support center puts you in control of all your support needs, so you can contact us whenever you need assistance with your use of Confirmit.

Our training courses ensure users can make the most of the functionality and flexibility of Confirmit, develop expertise in one or more areas, deliver the highest-quality results from all projects run on the platform and maximize overall investment in Confirmit.
Our Range of Training
We run both standard and tailored courses. Depending on your requirements, choose from:
- Public Courses: Public courses are held regularly in our offices in Oslo, London, New York, and San Francisco. These courses bring together groups of 6 people or less from a range of companies in a friendly and supportive environment. You'll be trained by one of our experienced Technical Account Managers and work through a series of exercises designed to ensure you get the most from Confirmit.
- Company Courses: If you have several people in your company who require expertise in Confirmit, you can arrange for one of our trainers to visit you on your premises. Courses are designed for a maximum of 6 participants, and the course agenda can be focused to meet your requirements.
- Standard Course: Start here to build a solid foundation in Confirmit and Confirmit Reportal. Under the guidance of an experienced trainer, you will learn basic and intermediate Confirmit functionality as you create and develop a complete web survey. Deploy your survey and create a report in Confirmit Reportal.
- Reportal Course: Learn how to reduce production time by creating reusable templates and styles for tables and charts and creating reports from scratch or by using the quick and simple Report Wizard. Understand how to create crosstabs, apply filters and sorting, run significance testing, top/bottom two boxes, recoding answers into new groups, and more.
- CATI Course: The CATI course consists of two main modules: one on Authoring and one on Supervision. CATI supervisors will be competent in managing their Confirmit-run CATI system. All aspects of the supervisory role are covered from the creation of interviewers through interviewing and monitoring.
- Scripting Course: Enhance Confirmit's flexibility through J-Scripting (Jscript.NET). Learn how a wide variety of valuable J-Scripting functions can greatly heighten Confirmit functionality. We offer one course focusing on Scripting in Survey Authoring and another on Scripting in Reportal.
- Train the Trainer: Bring training in-house with this course designed specifically for companies that need their own internal Confirmit trainer. One of our experienced trainers will work one-on-one with you and then supervise your first real training course.
