Survey Programming - Cross-Tab has a strong team of experienced survey programmers who have hands-on experience in scripting simple as well as extremely complex online studies. Our programmers are certified by Confirmit. They are experienced in using Java script, ASP and programming surveys in flash, to include extended features to the survey. In addition, the team can also insert images, audio and audio visual stimuli to the survey and can program questionnaires in multiple languages. The team is proficient in providing an attractive look and feel to the survey which generates high level of interest amongst the respondents. Moreover, constructive clarifications seeked by Survey Programming team, especially during the KOC has been helping several clients to design a standardized and bug free Questionnaire logic.
Given below are some highlights of our work in Confirmit:
- We design reportals for real time tabulations as required by our clients
- We manage complex quota settings, and rule based send outs
- We can program the surveys in XML and upload the survey in Confirmit. This will bring down the time required in programming surveys.
- We can dynamically change the templates in Confirmit while the respondents take the survey
- We have worked on complex tracking studies spanning over 2+ years with edits happening every week while maintaining consistency in the data maps
- We can recode data during runtime
- We have implemented a Java-based timer-driven survey element wherein the respondent can view an element only for a fixed time
- In one survey the respondents were directed from the main survey to another survey on second site, after that they were brought back to the main survey with inputs of the second site punched into the main survey
Through active membership in ESOMAR, CASRO and AMA, we have established partnerships with online panel providers worldwide. Through this global network, we have been recruiting millions of respondents globally and turning around large scale global data collection projects.
Offshore CATI - We provide outbound CATI interviewing from India to English, French, German, Russian and Spanish speaking markets. Cross-Tab has wet-leased 80 seats with a well-known and experienced India based call center. The strategic call center partner provides the infrastructure and call associates while Cross-Tab manages the project and training of the associates. The CATI projects are managed including sample procurement, survey programming, uploading, call monitoring, quota fulfillment, incentive distribution and data delivery. Extensive training of associates is carried out for language proficiency, understanding of the questionnaire and background on the study and etiquette.
