Data Quality: Issues Around the Respondent Experience and Respondent Fraud

Arun Reddy, Software Developer and Ole Andresen, Director, Product Management, Confirmit, discussed how data quality, particularly in online research, can be affected by different types of undesirable respondent behavior, and looked into some strategies to detect and reduce these problems. The presentation demonstrated how the latest versions of Confirmit (12 and 12.5) improve the respondent experience. There was also a discussion on methodologies in response classification with a view to reducing the impact of fraudulent respondents on survey data quality.
