About the Position

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the person selected for this role will collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate and execute Confirmit’s email marketing campaign program in addition to pay-per-click and other lead nurturing programs, driving new business revenue and increased customer retention. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual seeking an opportunity to capitalize on his/her email marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Confirmit’s global email marketing program including:
    • Support day-to-day activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
    • Building email and landing page layouts and templates
    • Responsible for optimizing emails to increase deliverability and quality rendering across multiple email platforms and web browsers
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates and other aspects of email execution, as required
    • Provide best practice recommendations to optimize overall campaign effectiveness, including testing, personalization, dynamic content, etc.
    • Recommend new and unique ideas
  • Provide creative support for related campaign assets
  • Coordinate and manage global Pay-Per-Click programs
  • Work cross-departmentally to coordinate assets, campaign development, segmentation, execution – driving relevant data to CRM database and appropriate teams.
  • Track, analyze and report on campaign results; recommend future improvements
  • Organize and coordinate launch plan schedules with deadlines in mindResearch and evaluate lead generation opportunities

Qualifications or Skills required:
  • 3-5 years experience email marketing or similar
  • BA or equivalent in related field
  • Strong MS Office skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced with email marketing or marketing automation tools required (Marketo preferred)
  • Experienced with HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop required
  • Working knowledge of CRM databases; Salesforce.com preferred
  • Current on email marketing best practices, including publishing strategies, deliverability, segmentation, campaign analysis, and CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Project management and analytical skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns and change/adapt plans as needed and pay close attention to detail.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. 2-3 years experience in a similar environment with comparable responsibilities is preferred.
