Every Solution Should Be About the User

When Confirmit Horizons was first launched in January 2009, it was widely acknowledged that the platform combined two best-of-breed systems to create a feature-rich solution answering the many and varied survey and feedback requirements of enterprises and Market Research agencies.
Some would say it was a ‘revolutionary’ step, but really Horizons was borne out of our long-term commitment to ‘evolution.’
The evolution I talk about is all about a continuous focus on improving things from the user’s perspective. After all, what use is a software platform that offers every whistle and bell but can’t work in the way users want it to?
Confirmit Horizons Version 15, due to be released at the end of this quarter, continues this focus on evolving the user experience. In fact, the majority of developments in this version are aimed at improving usability at every level.
With Confirmit Horizons Version 15, survey processes become slicker and more intuitive, and there will be numerous feature updates or additions that all ultimately combine to achieve two aims: making survey and feedback programs as easy as possible to deliver, and making them appealing and easy for respondents.
Over the next few months, you’ll be hearing more about Confirmit Horizons Version 15 and how it can help you and your business to easily and intuitively capture, analyze, and report on feedback programs and Market Research surveys.
And while we may not be shouting about whistles and bells (although of course, they’re there), we’re sure the usability of the system will speak for itself.
