About the position
To further improve the high service levels offered to our rapidly increasing international client base, Confirmit’s Professional Services (ProS) department in Oslo is looking for skilled applicants.

Main areas of responsibility:

Resolve complex support requests in close cooperation with Confirmit users worldwide, Confirmit’s development team and Confirmit’s ASP Operations team.

Develop and implement data collection and reporting solutions in Confirmit.

Create applications in XML Web Services.

Other areas of responsibility will be considered based on performance and ambitions and may include conducting training sessions, assistance with sales processes (“presales”), and more.

Experience and skills:

IT education with excellent results.

Experience in programming and a sound understanding of how web-based solutions are built.

Solid knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL) and server side Jscript/JavaScript.

Substantial knowledge of .NET technology and C#.

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

You will have proven analytical skills, enjoy “figuring out” things, and your ambition is not solely in the pure software developer role but rather in client interaction. You have a structured and independent work style, communicate technical issues in a clear manner, and possess a strong work ethic. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
