Marit Døving - Chairman of the Board
Marit Døving was elected Chairman of Confirmit's Board of Directors in March 2007. Døving has long term and diverse management experience from Norwegian and international telecom, software, and IT companies. The majority of her executive experience comes from large organizations headquartered in Norway, the US, France and the UK. Døving has held board member and chairman positions in publicly listed and privately held companies globally. Previous positions include Executive Vice President of Global Marketing at Symbian Ltd, CEO of Consorte Group ASA, Vice President, responsible for the Marketing and Customer Relationships Division of Mobilix AS (later Orange Denmark), and Executive Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of the Telenor Group.

Øystein Moan - Director
Øystein Moan has served as Director of the Board since June 2005. Moan is presently the CEO of Visma ASA. He was one of the founders of the Norwegian systems-integrator Cinet, and in 1986 became VP of Product Development and was CEO of Cinet/Getronics from 1993 - 1997. Mr. Moan served as the managing director for Getronics in the Nordic area. Mr. Moan is also a board member of Inmeta ASA and Norman ASA. Mr. Moan earned a Master of Computer Science degree from University of Oslo in 1983.

Alexander Vik - Director
Alexander Vik joined Confirmit's Board of Directors in March 2007. Mr. Vik is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sebastian Holdings Inc., Vik Brothers International and Vik Capital, international investment firms which manage investments in global markets focusing on securities, both public and private, foreign exchange and commodities. Vik Capital is a full spectrum investor i.e. startups, venture capital, growth companies, recapitalizations as well as long term, growth investments. The group also has significant investments in private equity and hedge funds managed by external firms. Mr. Vik graduated from Harvard College in 1978.

Hans Eirik Olav – Director
Hans Eirik Olav joined Confirmit's Board of Directors in March 2007 and previously served as a Confirmit board member from 2001 to second half of 2005. Mr. Olav has served on the Board of Directors of Xcelera Inc. for about 5 years and is currently a board member in a handful of technology companies. Mr. Olav is the Chairman of the Board in Thule Drilling. Mr. Olav holds a BBA in Management from the University of Georgia, U.S.A. and an MBA in Finance and International Marketing from the University of Miami, U.S.A.

Bente Loe – Director
Bente Loe joined Confirmit's Board of Directors in March 2007. Loe is presently an Investment Director in Ojada AS, a private investment company owned by Erik G. Braathen. Loe has eight years of prior experience as Partner in TeleVenture Management, the investment advisory firm for the Telenor Venture funds, focusing on the IT and Telecom sector. From 1993 – 1998, Loe worked for Kværner Investments in Oslo and London. Loe is also a board member of Blom ASA and Active Subsea ASA. She holds a BSBA and an MBA from the University of Denver.

Ole Andresen - Director
Ole Andresen was elected as an employee representative to Confirmit's Board of Directors in 2004. Mr. Andresen joined Confirmit as Senior Programmer in 1999, and has been heading Confirmit's Product Management Team since 2003. Prior to joining Confirmit, Mr. Andresen was a programmer for several years with Feedback Research in Norway, now Research International. Ole Andresen earned Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a minor in English from the University of Oslo.

Kristine Marhilevica - Director
Kristine Marhilevica was elected as an employee representative for Confirmit's Board of Directors in 2007. Mrs. Marhilevica joined Confirmit as Project Manager in 1999, and has since held positions including Customer Services Executive and Professional Services Consultant. Since 2005, Mrs. Marhilevica has been heading Confirmit's Professional Services Team in Oslo. Kristine Marhilevica earned Bachelor of Arts in English language and literature from the University of Latvia, Bachelor of Arts from the University of Bergen, with a major in Nordic languages and literature, and Bachelor of Arts from the Norwegian School of Business.
