Achievement in Customer Excellence

Nominations for the 2015 ACE Awards are now closed. Winners will be notified on April 24, 2015.

The ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards program was established in 2005 to recognize outstanding achievement in customer satisfaction. Receiving a Confirmit ACE Award is a distinct honor that demonstrates both rigorous application of customer feedback processes and outstanding performance as measured by those processes. The Confirmit ACE Award shows the world your organization's commitment to listening to the Voice of the Customer and driving change across the business.

Confirmit customers may apply for Confirmit ACE Awards for their company, business units, or segments of a business. To be eligible for a 2015 ACE Award, your organization must have run a Voice of the Customer, Employee or Partner program between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014 and complete an online application form. Market Research agencies are encouraged to work with their clients to create nominations for outsourced programs run on the Confirmit platform and can use the same application form.
