| WYSIWYG email definition | The Email Body fields in the Send Invitations and Send Reminders are now Wysiwyg-enabled. |
| Back button in surveys | A new setting is shown in the Deploy Survey wizard that allows the survey author to include the Back navigation button in the survey. If the survey contains page-skips then the Back button is not allowed, in which case the option will be displayed but disabled. A note will be displayed to inform the user of why the button has been disabled. |
| Word export from Express | A new button is added to the Express survey designer and on survey details, to allow the survey definition to be exported to Word. |
| Approval update | The Express Approver no longer needs to have the Company Administrate or Project Administrate permissions in addition to the approver permission. When an approver is selected by the Express user to approve a survey, the approver is also given full admin rights to the survey being approved. |

| External quick test | An Express user can now use the new External quick test feature from within the survey designer to allow others to test the survey. |
| Professional surveys in Express | Express users will now also see surveys that have been converted to "Professional", or surveys created by Professional users, that the Express users have permissions to. These will be available in the My Surveys list. However, only the Survey Details and Rapid Results pages will be available, not the survey designer and email pages. Using this the Express user can still follow the progress of a survey after it has been converted, or follow progress and report on a professional survey. |
| Ability to close a project | Express users are able to close projects. |
| Lost Password | Express users can now get an activation link if they have forgotten their password. |
| Express Account Admin | You can now set up a Confirmit Express Account Admin, to administrate all Express licenses within a company. The key here is a new activation status. Accounts can be activated and de-activated without deleting or expiring the accounts. It is possible to create more Express accounts than you have licenses, but you can only have as many "active" Express accounts as you have licenses. |
The new Express functionality is already provided in a patch for Confirmit 11.
