Confirmit Express has, with its no-training-required interface and collaboration features with Confirmit Professional, redefined the market for do-it-yourself survey and feedback tools implemented enterprise-wide.

- User administration interface allowing Confirmit Professional users with Administrative permissions to manage Confirmit Express users.
- Forgot password functionality enabling Confirmit Express users to reset password (reset password link will be sent to the user's email address).
- MS Word export enabling Confirmit Express users to export his/her surveys to MS Word with ease.
- External quick test link allowing Confirmit Express users to provide non-Confirmit users with a survey test link.
- WYSIWYG email providing Confirmit Express users with an What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get interface for creating HTML emails with ease (WYSIWYG is already standard in survey design).
- Interview progress and reporting on Professional surveys enabling Confirmit Express users to use Confirmit Rapid Results on any Confirmit survey project type (Express or Professional).
